When is Drop Off and Pick Up?

Drop off: 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM 

Pick up: 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM

These times may be changed for an additional $5 fee.


What if I am not on time for my scheduled pick up date/time?

Arriving outside the drop off and pick up times will result in an additional fee. Arriving after 6:30pm to pick up your pet will result in a $50 fee.

If you are running late (it happens) and are in need of extending your pet(s) stay, please call us before 6 PM of the original pick up date, and we can extend the stay at the original price. 


What if I need to cancel my reservation?

We understand things do not always go as planned! If you are in need of canceling, please call us immediately. All cancellations will receive an in store credit as we do not give refunds. 


What is the refund policy?

Anyone seeking a refund will receive an in store credit as we do not give refunds. 


What is an "In Store Credit"?

An in store credit is a credit you receive from a cancelation. This never expires and stays in your account here until you use it. This credit can be used at any time you'd like as long as availability permits. 


What are the requirements?

We require updated documentation of your dogs Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP. Cats must have their Rabies, Leukemia, and FVRCP. 


All pets must have an enrollment form filled out and on file. You can find the enrollment form by clicking the "book now" button and creating a profile. The enrollment form also allows you to upload proof of vaccinations. 


For new clients, a deposit of at least 50% of the grand total must be paid at the time of scheduling to confirm your reservation.


What should I bring?


What if my pet(s) is human aggressive?

In order to provide your pet with the best experience as well as to protect our employees, we do not accept human aggressive pets.


What if my pet(s) is dog aggressive?

Here we have specific protocols for these type of situations. It is totally okay if your pet may not want to socialized. For everyone's safety, we will ensure that they will be separated from group play but still given the same attention to help them become more comfortable! 


How can I check on my pet(s)?

You are always more than welcome to like and follow our Facebook page! We post pictures daily to help you feel comfortable knowing your pup is doing great! Click the Contact bar to see our social media sites and give it a giant like and follow for event information, specials, pictures, and huge announcements! You may also call during business hours to inquire about your pet. 


Are there breed restrictions?

Absolutely NOT! We love dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes! As long as we can safely take care of them, they are  always welcomed here at Brazos Paws.
